3. The outer mold is made of heat-resistant silicone, and the hot mold temperature can reach 200 ℃, while the cold mold temperature can be reduced to below -30 ℃. The hot and cold temperatures can be adjusted according to different materials.
4. The inner and outer molds can be customized according to the size of the customer’s shoe last to ensure the most accurate shaping effect.
5. Adjust the fixture to ensure that the shoe upper fits snugly with the last.
6. Standard lights can ensure accurate positioning.
7. The cold mold can be equipped with a sweeping blade structure. When cooling and shaping, the outer edge of the shoe upper is folded inward for easier binding.
