Impurities in the raw materials used can form defects such as black spots and bubbles on the surface of slippers. Specifically, we can inspect the surface of the mold before production. If there are scratches or dirt, they can be repaired or cleaned in a timely manner. Tools such as sandpaper and polishing agents can be used to repair the mold, or cleaning agents can be used to clean the mold. Suitable injection molding speed, pressure, and holding time can also be set according to different material and process requirements. You can conduct a trial mold and gradually adjust the parameters until the best molding effect is achieved.

To check the quality of raw materials, tools such as filters and sieves can be used to filter the raw materials, or qualified raw materials can be replaced. In short, when using the rain shoe machine, regular maintenance and upkeep should be carried out to promptly detect and eliminate faults, in order to ensure the normal operation of the machine and the quality of the slippers.
