Debugging skills: 1. Start the pump, discharge the pressure valve air, and switch the machine to manual mode.

2. Set the pressure to [slow closing pressure] -80kg/cm2, [injection pressure setting] -70kg/cm2, [injection pressure setting] -30kg/cm2, [feed pressure] -100kg/cm2. Set the ejection pressure to 70kg/cm2. The first three pressures can be set separately.

3. Set the high pressure to 100 in the “Pressure Test” section of the “Pressure Setting”, and check if the oil gauge displays 100kg/cm2. If not, adjust one point and adjust the high pressure to match.

4. In the ‘Pressure Test’ section of the ‘Pressure Setting’, set the pressure below 50 and check if the oil gauge displays 50kg/cm2. If not, adjust 2 points and adjust the low pressure to match.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until the pressure gauge pressure values are 100kg/cm2 and 50kg/cm2, which match the panel pressure values.

6. Check if 30kg/cm2, 80kg/cm2, and 125kg/cm2 are normal, and if the error is within 3kg/cm2, they are all normal.
