It is necessary to properly maintain the daily maintenance of the production machine. 1. The most basic maintenance starts with cleaning the machine. The operator of the machinery needs to clean up the tools and debris left on the machine before leaving work or handing over the shift every day. In addition, the materials scattered throughout the machine during the production process must be crushed, and the rubber strips on the machine must also be removed to avoid accumulation and difficulty in cleaning, which may even cause mechanical failure of the main structure. If the machine is damp, we should immediately wipe the painted parts with a dry cloth; If the paint falls off, it should be repaired at any time, and the unpainted parts must be wiped dry with water and a small amount of oil must be added to prevent rusting.

2. Except for human operation errors or external influences, normal operation of the machine will cause slight abnormalities before failure. The operator can most feel this change when in contact with the machine for a long time. If the operator finds any abnormalities in the machine, such as increased noise, slower hydraulic cylinder speed, vibration oil leakage, unstable mechanical action, and increased oil temperature, they should immediately inform the dedicated maintenance personnel to come and handle it, and should not force the operation.
