Before starting up, the working pressure should reach 6 kilograms. Check that the plates in the oven are not squeezed together and that there are no plates inside the lifting platform
2. Before normal shutdown, it is necessary to check the connection between the conveyor belt and the lifting platform, and ensure that the plates do not protrude outside the assembly line to prevent them from falling into the lifting platform and causing the chuck during shutdown.
If a chuck occurs, the power and gas sources must be cut off first before proceeding with subsequent processing work.
After turning on, when placing object trays, the minimum distance between trays should be at least 200MM, and it is recommended not to have more than 15 working trays in the entire production line.
5. The lifting platform near the oven has a timer set at 9 seconds, while the other end’s lifting platform has a timer set at 7 seconds, which is the optimal conveying state.
During normal operation, non professional technicians are not allowed to open the inspection door of the lifting platform. After the work is completed, it is recommended that the maintenance personnel perform routine maintenance on the lifting platform every day to extend the service life of the equipment.
